When will my first icon arrive?
We mail all prints during the last week of the month, and they typically take 5 - 20 business days in North America and Europe. Asia, Latin America, and Middle East take between 2 - 6 weeks. Orders after the 28th begin the following cycle.
What do I get in each mail?
Every package includes:
- One 5x7 fine-art print of Christ, Theotokos, or a saint from Adam - 10th century.
- One prayer card for your pocket.
- A letter explaining the symbolism within the icon.
- Occasional surprise extras.
If I order previous editions will they be sent immediately?
Yes, previous editions are sent via postal mail the following business day.
What if I need to cancel or change my address/billing info?

What if I don't receive my icon mail?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 business days to arrive (6 weeks for international). If your mail doesn’t arrive on time, email us at ij@ikranrinmakan.com and we’ll make it right, either by resending your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the culprit! :)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for the Icon Mail Club.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship worldwide. Prices display in your local currency at checkout.
