Edition 11: Saint Gregory of Nyssa, shipping Sept 26th, 2026.
Join by Sept. 25th and this is the first envelope you open.
Not an app.
You have optimised everything except the part of your day that is not for anything.
Your calendar is full. Your notifications are managed. You have an app for focus, sleep, stillness, and all of them live on the same rectangle that caused the problem.
This arrives in a mailbox.
It does not sync.
It does not remind you.
It just shows up, and it is already the best-made thing on your desk.
One decision. Twelve months of quiet.
From designing apps to painting icons
I spent 6+ years in tech startups
I built things nobody could hold.
Dashboards, deadlines, a phone that never went quiet, and at the end of it nothing I could put on a shelf.
Now I paint icons by hand and mail one out every month.
The club exists because I wanted one thing in my month that was slow on purpose, and it turned out I was not the only one.

I received an icon today and wanted to say thank you. It's truly beautiful. I can see the intention that went into the process, and that makes it even more meaningful. The symbolism is powerful...
